Do you offer a Free Trial?

Yes, Kolortimes offers a free trial for all services. Think of us as your personal editing team — we welcome your feedback just like you’d give to your in-house editors.

Do you have a Referral and Reward program?

Yes! Kolortimes offers both Referral and Rewards Programs. Simply invite a friend — once they register, both you and your friend receive rewards. You’ll continue earning every time your referral code is used.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, register for free with Kolortimes. Once your account is activated, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can then log in and begin placing your orders seamlessly.

How can I share my editing preferences with Kolortimes?

You can share your editing style in several ways:

- Edit a few reference images in your catalog and tag them with blue labels — we’ll replicate your style based on these.

- Send your custom Lightroom presets and color profiles along with the catalog.

- Provide low-resolution before-and-after sample images for our team to analyze.

- Opt to receive sample edits for feedback before we proceed with the full order.

- If your style evolves over time, please update us accordingly.

What file formats do you accept, and what will you deliver?

Kolortimes primarily works in Adobe Lightroom. Please send the Lightroom catalog (.lrcat) along with smart previews.
- Input: Lightroom Catalog + Smart Previews
- Output: Edited Lightroom Catalog
If you do not use Lightroom, you may send RAW files, and we’ll return XMP files or JPEGs (additional cost applies).
For Lightroom 11 and above users, don’t forget to include the .lrcat-data file.

How do I upload my Images?

After logging in, go to 'Place Orders', click 'Upload', and drag and drop your files. Once uploaded, click 'Confirm' — the system will notify our production team automatically.

How do I download my Images?

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with a download link. Alternatively, you can log in to your Kolortimes account and click the 'Download' button next to your order.

Which Lightroom versions are supported?

We recommend using the latest version of Lightroom. LR Classic Versions are fully supported. If your order includes masking, Lightroom 11 or above is required.

How can I send Lightroom Smart Previews?

Create and name a new catalog.

Import only the required images.

Select all and go to Library → Create Smart Previews.

Send us the .lrcat and Smart Previews.lrdata files.

Lightroom 11 users must also include the .lrcat-data file.

Can Kolortimes work with my Lightroom presets?

Absolutely. You can share your custom or third-party presets (e.g., VSCO, Red Leaf, etc.) along with the catalog and smart previews. Make sure to include any relevant camera profiles.

How do I process the edited catalog received from Kolortimes?

Download and unzip the completed folder.

In Library (Grid) view, click the icon on a thumbnail and locate the original RAW file — Lightroom will relink the rest automatically.

Wait for previews to render.

How do I identify selected images after receiving my Cull & Color Correction order?

- If no labels were provided:
- Black & white images are labeled Blue
- Selected images are flagged
- If labels were provided:
- Selected images appear in a 'Culled' collection
- B/W images are in a 'BW' collection

What if I’m not satisfied with the editing?

We offer unlimited free redos. If you're not satisfied:
- Request a redo within 15 days of order completion.
- Clearly specify what needs to be revised.
- Share sample references, if possible.
We aim to return redone edits within 24 hours. Your feedback will be saved for future orders to help us adapt to your style.

What is the Turnaround Time?

Express Delivery:
- 24 business hours for up to 300 images (extra cost)
Culling + Color Correction:
- Up to 2000 images: 2 business days
- Above 2000 images: 4 business days
Color Correction Only:
- Up to 1000 images: 3 business days
- Above 1000 images: 5 business days
Retouching in Lightroom:
- Up to 50 images: 48 hours
- Above 50 images: 4 business days

Note: Turnaround time starts after receiving complete files and instructions. Orders uploaded before 12 PM EST begin the same business day; after 12 PM EST, they start the next business day. Weekends are excluded.

How does Kolortimes protect my data and files?

Your data security is our top priority. Here's how we ensure it:
- Client identities are anonymized with codes.
- Centralized, secure server storage.
- Strict domain-controlled access for file copying/deletion.
- No USBs or external devices allowed in production areas.
- Anti-data-leak policies actively enforced.
- Internet access limited to essential staff.
- Production systems are offline for maximum security.
- 24/7 CCTV monitoring.
- Biometric and keycard access-controlled facilities.
- Raw files are deleted 15 days post-delivery.

What payment methods are accepted?

Kolortimes currently accepts payments via PayPal. You can use your linked credit or debit card through your PayPal account to complete the transaction.
